Pilates
Pilates is a system of exercises, originally created by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900's,was designed to achieve optimal strength and flexibility without adding bulk. With an emphasis on developing and strengthening the deep stabilizing muscles of the torso and back, Pilates focuses on proper form, neutral spinal and pelvic alignment and emphasizes quality, not quantity of movement.
The exercises create improved postural habits while beautifully sculpting the body. Pilates exercises are performed on a mat or on specifically designed equipment. They can be done one-on-one or in small groups with a trained instructor. This system of strength and flexibility exercises can be modified for all ages and fitness levels and is the perfect compliment to such cardiovascular exercises as aerobics and jogging. Pilates creates a firmer, stronger, leaner, longer physique.

Pilates does not stress the body in the ways that lifting weights or other workout methods may, this is why everyone can do it. Your bones will strengthen, muscles will tone and firm, and circulation will improve. But, most of all, as you work out and begin to feel better physically, we hope you will also begin to feel better mentally. You will stand taller, move effortlessly and most importantly, feel great.
In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference,
in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference,
in 30 sessions you’ll have a different body.
